Sizing is inconsistent which leads to having to return items.
Returns process is absolutely terrible for an established company.
I understand with brexit that returns can be a pain but S&S provides no printed forms (print them and fill out multiple forms yourself) and then makes you pay for and arrange your own return delivery. This is on top of having to pay to get the item delivered in the first place.
Do not buy anything online from this company.
My daughter ordered a winter coat and had to return it because of bad sizing (it would we helpful if S&S like other brands put the measurements on their website).
Tracking device of bpost indicates that the returned coat was delivered, but after 3 weeks no refund. My daughter sent some emails, but no response.
Very regrettable.

absolutely zero contact - I wrote 2-3 mails, called about 10 times.
ZERO RESPONSE!
I wanted to return an item and the selection button for the return said "free". Afterwards I get a mail saying that I chose to pay for the return.
Worst shopping experience online ever. The clothing is great but service is so bad that never will I buy directly from here.

I’m a customer from Hong Kong and this is not my first time shopping in their physical store and online store. However I’ve encountered the worst shopping experience ever two weeks ago and the problem is still unsolved.
1. They sent the order to the address in Amsterdam which I DIDN’T choose.
2. Customer service hotline is difficult to reach. I made many international phone calls just to be put on hold.
3. They would ask the customer to pick up the order from the wrong address they sent to and returned to them at my own cost, which is totally ridiculous. Do they truly expect that I fly over to Amsterdam from
Hong Kong to do that ?
3. They will try to force a refund on you. I made it clear that I would like them to resend the package as I’ve already spent so much money on international phone calls and there will be a loss due to exchange rate. Their reply is that they need to wait till the old order is returned to their warehouse to arrange the same package to be delivered to Hong Kong. But they don’t know when and how the old order can be returned back to their warehouse.
Seriously, a renowned clothing company like a Scotch and Soda should immediately arrange a new delivery once they realised they’ve made the mistake so that they fulfil the shopping promise. Instead, they would try everything to minimise their loss at the expense of the customers. I would never expect this from a big company. What a terrible mindset they have.

Reliable and rapid delivery of a quality great fitting pair of jeans.
I love the quality of S&S. they are an amazing fit on me which helps - (slim and 6’ 2”). Stylish and extremely well made.
I ordered and paid for an item that they say was delivered but I have FedEx routing that shows it was
Damaged and returned to sender. I have emailed them multiple times without a response to my order (except one email saying it was delivered). I have called at various times of the day and no one ever picks up the call. I have filed a dispute on the charge via Amex.
I’ve bought only a face mask and I’m really happy with it. It is very comfortable, the material is good, the print is amazing and there is the clip for the nose and the pocket for the filter. The little pochette to store the mask is really nice too. Also the delivery was quick (I’m in the UK). So I would definitely recommend it.
Clothes look gorgeous but have awful fit

I ordered 3 t shirts 2 days later to be told /2 of them weren’t in stock,should tell customers at point of purchase,so that I can look at and maybe order something else at same time
